Medical and pharmaceutical translation is one of the most difficult disciplines within our industry and also one where there is no room for error. A document that is not translated to 100% accuracy could have far-reaching consequences; literally it’s a matter of life and death.
Consequently clients seeking medical translation need to be absolutely confident in the professionalism of their provider to assign projects to only those who are fully qualified to work on such important material. They must be specialists within the relevant medical field and have the ability to communicate in the most up to date medical terms; being qualified in the desired foreign language is not enough.
We work across all fields and disciplines within the medical industry.

Danish is the official language of Denmark, where it is spoken by more than 5 million people. Other countries with notable Danish speaking populations are Greenland, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Canada, the UAE and the USA. Danish is a descendant of Old Norse and belongs to the East Scandinavian branch of North Germanic languages.
Danish is an easy to learn language for English speakers, however its pronounciation is far difficult to master. For most words the stress falls on the first syllable and for compound words the stress falls on the first component. However these rules don’t apply to words beginning with be-, ge-, er- and in some cases for- is also unstressed. French words in Danish generally keep the original French pattern. The intonation of Danish sentences is generally flat with a tendency to sink at the end of a sentence.
Danish verbs can divided in three groups. Two amongst these can be categorized as regular, while the the third group consists of irregular verbs. To form past tense of most regular verbs, we add -de to the infinitive and to form past participle we add -t. Unlike English there is only one present tense in most Danish words. A vast majority of Danish verbs which are used in the present tense are formed by adding -r to the infinitive. Most Danish nouns add -e, -r or -er to construct the plural indefinite. Apart from the numbers from 1 to 6, and 11 and 12, the Danish ordinal numbers are the cardinal numbers up to 20 with -nde or -ende added.
